Regular Ordering

• Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance from time of scheduled delivery or pick up.

• I may not be able to deliver to some addresses (even if your address was successfully submitted), and in that case, we can arrange a pick-up or a full refund at your discretion. 

Custom Ordering

• Please submit your initial inquiry 5-7 days before you need your order. For larger orders (more than 60 total items), please submit at least 2 weeks in advance.

• After submitting your initial inquiry, I will reach out to you to further discuss your order and payment will be due at the time of confirmation. 

• Some items I may not be comfortable creating at this time such as custom cakes, pastries, and complex frosted cookies. Along with this, there are some addresses I may not be able to deliver to. In both of these cases, I will let you know in our conversation after your initial inquiry and we can decide how to proceed.

Products:

• All goods may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, and/or peanuts.

• This is a home-based bakery and your health and safety are my top priority. I take food safety seriously and hold a valid Food Handler’s Permit. I strictly follow all guidelines and regulations set forth by the Utah Department of Health to ensure that every product is prepared, handled, and delivered with the highest standards of cleanliness and care.

Cancellation / Rescheduling

• Cancellations for a full refund or a free rescheduling are only accepted up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery. 

• Any requested cancellations within 48 hours or less from your scheduled delivery will result in a forfeit of order and no refund.

• Any requested rescheduling within 48 hours or less from your scheduled delivery, will result in an additional 50% fee.
